Where is the discrimination in House Bill 2? So far as I know, the L’s, the G’s and the B’s have been using the restrooms of their choice for years. That leaves only the T’s.
Unless people have had reassignment surgery, they are not transgender. Saying someone identifies as a male or female doesn’t make it so. Therefore, the discrimination must be against a very small segment of the population. And how is it discrimination if a single-use facility is provided?
The people who are against HB2 are simply creating a tempest in a teacup.
