Jane Willis: Give help to all schools
Regarding the May 16 news article “2 schools excited at chance to operate like charters”: Tammy Jahad’s quote about learning with enthusiasm should apply to all our schools, not just charters.
It is time that North Carolina schools step up and look to provide excellence for all students and that the state provide a pay schedule that assures we retain the teachers dedicated to helping students who want to learn.
