Regarding the June 16 news article “Wind turbines along military flight paths could be banned”: Has state Sen. Harry Brown read the FAA regulations requiring the permit and identification of location for structures higher than 250 feet above ground level?

Who is he paying back for past campaign contributions? Is he indebted to any major utilities? Anything goes in North Carolina anymore!
