Steven M. Courtney: No ‘political trophy’
Regarding the July 23 Sports column “Time for ACC to follow NBA lead”: What a ridiculous column by Luke DeCock.
DeCock could just as readily advocate that his employer impact the North Carolina economy by refusing to publish advertising if he is that concerned about House Bill 2. He is not.
This is only a selfish effort to win a political trophy by hurting our local universities. How pathetic.
