Carlos Boozer was a Duke basketball star. Now he’s a Duke graduate.

Carlos Boozer’s college basketball career at Duke didn’t end the way he wanted: the Blue Devils were upset by Indiana in the 2002 NCAA Tournament.

Boozer now has it. The former Blue Devils big man posted a photo Tuesday of his Duke diploma on his Instagram page (@MrCBooz). The Bachelor of Arts degree is dated Sept. 1, 2020.

Boozer wrote: “After Leaving School Following My Junior Year At @DukeU To Follow My Dreams Of Becoming An NBA Player, I Left With 3 Classes To Complete To Finish My Degree!!! Well Guess What, After 19 Years And 2 Amazing Summers School Sessions This Summer. I’M FINALLY A DUKE GRADUATE!!!! Shout Out To My Family, Friends, Teammates, Classmates & Professors!!
