Final Injury Report for Timberwolves-Nuggets Game 1: Will Anthony Edwards, Jamal Murray Play?
The Minnesota Timberwolves are on the road on Saturday afternoon as they travel to take on the Denver Nuggets in Game 1 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
Minnesota enters Saturday's game as the No. 6 seed in the Western Conference after finishing the regular season with a 49-33 record following a victory over the New Orleans Pelicans at home on Sunday.
In Sunday's victory over the Pelicans, Terrance Shannon Jr. led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 26 points, four rebounds and five assists while Joan Beringer added 24 points and 13 rebounds of his own.
Now Minnesota will try to grab a victory in Game 1 against the Nuggets on the road on Saturday to take a 1-0 series lead.
On the other side, Denver enters Saturday's contest as the No. 3 seed in the West after ending the regular season with a 54-28 record following a victory on the road over the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday.
Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets in Sunday's victory as he ended the game with 23 points and eight rebounds while Julian Strawther recorded 25 points, six rebounds and three assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Game 1 of their first-round series on Saturday, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Timberwolves Injury Report: Will Anthony Edwards, Julius Randle Play?
For the Timberwolves, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have listed Anthony Edwards as questionable.
Minnesota has listed Edwards as questionable due to right knee injury management and he is in danger of missing his second consecutive contest.

If Edwards is sidelined, Bones Hyland, Ayo Dosunmu, Mike Conley and Shannon Jr. could all have increased roles.
The good news for the Timberwolves is that Julius Randle, Rudy Gobert, Jaden McDaniels and Kyle Anderson are all off their injury report and will return after sitting out the final game of the regular season.
Nuggets Injury Report: Will Jamal Murray, Aaron Gordon Play?
On the other side, the Nuggets have two players listed on their injury report, though both Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon are not among them.
Of course, Denver elected to rest their starters outside of Jokic in the final game of the regular season but they are all off the injury report and will be available for Game 1.

Denver has ruled out Peyton Watson as he continues to recover from a right hamstring strain that has kept him out since April 4.
The Nuggets have listed Spencer Jones as questionable due to a right hamstring strain and there is a chance he could return from a six-game absence on Saturday.
