WWE Fans Concerned About Sol Ruca After Nasty Fall
Wrestling fans were treated to a masterclass Tuesday night as Sol Ruca and Zaria squared off in a Last Woman Standing match. Unfortunately, this instant classic had a pretty scary ending.
Ruca had a chance to end the match and send Zaria plummeting 15 feet down into a pair of tables. Instead, she saved her opponent and gave her a hug. Unsurprisingly, this heartfelt moment didn't last very long.
Zaria eventually turned Ruca towards the tables and sent her crashing down. Although it was smart writing by the WWE's creative team, the landing wasn't nearly as smooth as fans hoped it would.
It appears Ruca's head smacked the edge of the second prop table. There's no doubt it was a disturbing scene to watch.
Fans worried about Sol Ruca.
"Sol Ruca smacked the s--- out of her head on this landing omg I saw how far down the tables were and I kept wondering why there wasn't another layer of tables if someone was going to bump off of this," one fan commented. "There was not enough coverage here."
"This push gave the wicked landing ... hopefully Ruca didn't smack the back of her head on the other table," a second fan wrote.
"Not seeing her on Raw next week that's for sure. No way she's not in concussion protocol," a WWE fan declared.
"This was an incredible Last Woman Standing match between Sol Ruca and Zaria. They did not hold back either," another fan said. "Hope Sol is okay."
There's no question Ruca has the talent and popularity to take over the women's division in the WWE. All she needs to do is stay healthy.
We're certainly hoping we see Ruca back on TV next week.
