Photos: Meet The Girlfriend Of Top NFL Prospect Sonny Styles

When it comes to standing out on film, there are few 2026 prospects like Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles.

Styles racked up 245 tackles, nine sacks, nine pass break-ups and three forced fumbles during his career with the Buckeyes. He's considered by many to be the No. 1 linebacker in this year's draft. In fact, ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. believes the Dallas Cowboys should pull off a huge trade just to draft him.

Kiper recently proposed a deal where the Cowboys send their two first-round picks to the Cleveland Browns for the rights to select Styles with the No. 6 overall pick.

"Dallas wasn't stopping anyone last season. It allowed 6.1 yards per play, second worst in the NFL. It allowed 30.1 points per game, worst in the NFL. And it was far and away the league's least effective defense by EPA," Kiper wrote. "We've all wondered whether the Cowboys would use both of their first-round picks on defense this month, but this trade up the board might have a greater impact, even if it means sacrificing one of those Day 1 selections. Styles is my No. 4 prospect, and he is explosive (43½-inch vertical jump), rangy (4.46 in the 40-yard dash) and productive (77 tackles last season)."

It's unclear where Styles will end up this Thursday night, but we know for sure that his girlfriend will be cheering him on.

Styles' girlfriend, Kaia Henderson, has been his No. 1 fan throughout his college career.

"Words can't express how proud I am of my National Champion," she wrote on Instagram after Ohio State won the College Football Playoff in 2025. "I am so thankful for the amazing friendships and memories made, and for being apart of this unforgettable journey with you. Standing by your side every step of the way."

We have no doubt that Henderson will be by Styles' side for the NFL Draft.

Kaia Henderson is also an NCAA athlete.

Prior to joining the Ohio State women's basketball team in 2022, Henderson was a standout player for New Hartford High School. She led the program in scoring during her junior season and had 2,092 career points after three years.

After spending three seasons at Ohio State, Henderson transferred to Boston College. She averaged 2.0 points and 1.6 assists per game during the 2025-26 season. Although she has another year of eligibility remaining, it's unclear what's next for her.

"Not sure what the future holds (hopefully one more ride), but I don't take a single moment for granted," Henderson wrote on Instagram. "Thankful for my teammates, coaches, and everyone who supported us all year."

We'll see if Henderson can resume her college basketball career while also supporting Styles during his rookie season in the NFL.
