Jordon Hudson Taunts CBS One Year After That Infamous Interview
Jordon Hudson, the girlfriend of North Carolina coach Bill Belichick, seems more than ready to renew her feud with CBS.
Back on April 27, 2025, CBS News interviewed Belichick on "Sunday Mornings." That episode ended up going viral because Hudson shut down a question from journalist Tony Dokoupil.
It all started with Dokoupil asking Belichick how he met Hudson. Before the legendary coach could even respond, Hudson jumped in and said, "We're not talking about this."
When this episode of "Sunday Mornings" aired on CBS News, Dokoupil referred to that question as a "topic neither one of them is comfortable commenting on."
One year later, Hudson's cheerleading squad, Code Black, won the championship in International Coed Non-Tumbling during an event in Florida.
While celebrating her cheerleading team's accomplishments this week, Hudson made a remark on Instagram that was clearly a nod to Belichick's awkward interview with Dokoupil.
"Last April 27th, I went to bed, crushed by the weight of the world," she wrote on Instagram. "This April 27th, I woke up on top of it."
How did Belichick and Hudson meet?
According to multiple reports, Belichick and Hudson had their first exchange on a plane ride from Boston to Florida in 2021. Apparently, the former New England Patriots coach signed one of her textbooks at that time. TMZ, meanwhile, said they "bonded over a philosophy project the student-athlete had been working."
"We're told they swapped contact information after landing, and stayed friendly through the ensuing months ... discussing her school work and the X's and O's of her cheerleading routines," TMZ reported. "Our sources say, though, that soon after Belichick's split with Linda Holliday -- which we're told privately took place during the 2022 season -- they became more than just friends."
Four years later, Belichick and Hudson are still going strong.
