In the 6A West, No. 13 Ragsdale (12-5) and No. 20 Eastern Guilford (5-12-2) will face off in the only first-round match between two Guilford County teams.

Northern Guilford (13-5-2), the TAAC Six 5A/6A champion, received the highest seed among the six area schools placed in that 6A West region, while Southeast Guilford (7-10-1), which rose from last year's 1-20 record, makes its first playoff appearance since 2019, while Dudley (2-10-2) is making its first playoff appearance in this millennium.
