Are Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Getting Married At Madison Square Garden?

Is one of the most iconic venues in sports about to host Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding?

Initially, there were reports that Kelce and Swift were getting married in Rhode Island. The US Sun claimed the 14-time Grammy Award winner was transforming her $17 million home into a venue. It wasn't until April that a report from The Cut suggested the ceremony will take place in the Big Apple.

"While a New York City wedding for a woman who's constantly swarmed by hordes of fans may sound like a logistical nightmare to you and me, it actually might make sense for Swift and Kelce," Julia Reinstein wrote. "Apparently, they found the spot they were looking for in New York and planned the big day for the weekend of July 4, Swift's favorite holiday for throwing a big star-studded party."

TMZ sent the sports world into a frenzy this Friday by reporting that Kelce and Swift plan on tying the knot at Madison Square Garden, the home of the New York Knicks. Apparently, they plan on having at least 1,000 people at this event.

"Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ between 1,100 and 1,200 people will show up at MSG July 3 to watch the couple become husband and wife," TMZ's report states. "We're told Taylor and Travis have gone to great lengths to ensure privacy, and that includes communicating with invitees by text, rather than physical invitations."

This rumor is gaining steam.

WFAN's Craig Carton is also hearing that Kelce and Swift are getting married at MSG.

"Madison Square Garden will be hosting a private event that you and I cannot attend," Carton said during his show Friday. "That's right! This summer, Madison Square Garden will host Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding. They've rented out Madison Square Garden for their wedding."

Neither Kelce nor Swift have commented on the latest wedding rumor.

The last time this power couple even said something was in the beginning of May when Kelce revealed he "can't wait" to see all his loved ones in the same room.
