Colorado's Summer Ski Season Has Begun, and Tickets Are Cheap
Have you been complaining about the lack of snow in Colorado since November of last year? First, you're not alone, and second, well, it's June, and there's still snow to be skied at one of the state's most popular resorts.
Back for another summer of hike-to-ski operations, Copper Mountain opened its Summer Hike Park on Friday, June 5, 2026. The park will remain open Thursday-Sunday throughout the summer for as long as conditions allow.
While the park hosts multiple summer camps for park skiing and snowboarding groms, it's open to the public, and costs just $25 per day to access. A season Hike Park pass costs $249.
