Ja'Marr Chase, Jaxon Smith-Njigba Headline NFL's Best WR Debate
When it comes to the best wide receiver in the NFL debate, there's Ja'Marr Chase, and then there's everyone else.
Or is it?
It's hard to argue with anyone who puts the Bengals' star pass-catcher at the top of their list, but you can't ignore a wealth of worthy challengers who can make their own strong case for that title.
Especially after last season, Jaxon Smith-Njigba deserves consideration, having put up massive numbers while helping the Seahawks take home their second Lombardi Trophy. Elsewhere in the NFC West, Puka Nacua has been dominant when healthy for the Los Angeles Rams, making some of the most incredible catches you'll ever see at the position.
Justin Jefferson always merits consideration, as does Amon-Ra St. Brown and CeeDee Lamb. All have put together impressive stretches of play throughout their respective NFL careers up to this point that could land them at the top of the list. If you like experienced veterans, Mike Evans and Davante Adams are still dominating into their 30s. Depending on the day, you could argue for anyone from Drake London (who just got paid) and AJ Brown to Nico Collins and Malik Nabers (when healthy).
We're living through a golden age at the position in the NFL right now, and there's really no wrong answer to the question. But if you had to pick, who do you think is the best wide receiver in the game heading into the 2026 season?
