Fans Have Hilarious Reaction to John Cena Getting Second Hair Transplant

Pro wrestling fans have known for a while that former world champion John Cena was losing his hair.

During Cena's final run with WWE last year, his thinning hair and bald spot were often punchlines on social media.

But now that he's enjoying his post-WWE life, Cena has taken matters into his own hands when it comes to his appearance. The 49-year-old former WWE superstar posted on social media on Monday that he was undergoing a hair transplant.

"Round 2 of FUE Treatement and this time I went all in for best possible results. Thank you @KenAndersonMD and the staff at Anderson Center for Hair for accompanying me on this journey!" Cena posted on X.

Cena has previously had one hair transplant done, and now that he's no longer in front of a live audience every week, he seemingly decided it was the perfect time to try it again.

While most of Cena's comment section was supportive of him trying to regrow his hair, some of his followers couldn't pass up an opportunity to made light of his situation.

"This is just a picture of Stone Cold Steve Austin," one fan quipped.

"Bald Cena before GTA VI is crazy," remarked another fan.

"It's like seeing an unfinished prototype of a new action figure," one user commented.

"It's so funny how much different Cena looks with a fully shaved head even though he spent most of his career with barely more hair than this," another user joked.
