You’ve got hoops questions. We might even have some answers.

College basketball season is upon us, and after Duke, North Carolina and N.C. State open their seasons on Monday, join The News & Observer’s sports staff on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe in Durham to talk it over.

That’s me, sports columnist Luke DeCock, as well as our N.C. State beat writer Chip Alexander, UNC beat writer C.L. Brown, Duke beat writer Steve Wiseman, writer-at-large Andrew Carter and sports editors Natalie Pierre and Justin Pelletier.

We’ve got a lot to talk about, from North Carolina trying to pick up where it left off last season to Duke bringing in not only a new crop of one-and-done freshman but Jon Scheyer flying solo to N.C. State retooling its roster on the fly through the transfer portal. We can tell some stories from Brooklyn and New Orleans, too – hard to believe that was seven months ago. Feels like last week.

Tickets are free but attendance is limited. Please join us to get basketball season started right.
