N.C. State has been the surprise team of the ACC this season, winning eight of its last nine games and breaking into the AP Top 25 this week at No. 22.

Wolfpack coach Kevin Keatts has made good use of the NCAA transfer portal to add such players as center D.J. Burns and point guard Jarkel Joiner, then molded the newlook team into one that could earn a spot in the 2023 NCAA tournament.

In this week’s ACC Now Podcast, staff writers Chip Alexander and Andrew Carter, two Raleigh natives who together have seen more than 50 years of NC State basketball, discuss the state of the Pack.
