  • ACC released injury updates listing 19 players as out, questionable or probable
  • N.C. State seeks 2-0 ACC start while trying to snap Duke’s two-game series winning streak
  • Second ACC injury report due Friday, final status announced pre-kickoff Saturday

The ACC released injury reports Thursday night for this week’s conference games, including the Triangle grudge match between Duke and N.C. State.

The Wolfpack and Blue Devils play at 4 p.m. Saturday. A second report will be released on Friday, and a third is required no less than two hours prior to kickoff. Players may be ruled out for any reason, including injury, illness, personal matter or eligibility.

Between the two teams, 19 players are listed as out, questionable or probable to play in the game at Wallace Wade Stadium.

The Blue Devils have won four of their past five games against the Wolfpack, including two in a row, and they have not lost in Durham since 2008. N.C. State (3-0) seeks to change that. A win would give the Wolfpack a 2-0 start in ACC play, while bumping Duke to 1-3 overall and 0-1 in conference play.

N.C. State is a 2.5-point underdog, according to U.S. sports books. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday on ESPN2.
