Thanks to the ACC’s robust television contract with ESPN, nearly every Duke basketball game this season in Mike Krzyzewski’s final go-round as head coach is available on one of that company’s channels.

Many are on ESPN itself, with others scattered across ACC Network and ESPN2 with one game — the Jan. 15 home game with N.C. State — a possibility for pickup by ABC.

Tuesday night’s game with Gardner-Webb represents an outlier on Duke’s regular-season schedule, as it’s the only one that won’t be broadcast on an ESPN outlet.

The 7 p.m. game will be shown on the ACC’s regional sports network package, which has affiliates around the country. In the Carolinas, that means Bally Sports South or Bally Sports Southeast.

That might make it difficult for some to watch the No. 7-ranked Blue Devils (3-0), particularly people who don’t subscribe to cable or satellite television services.

Here is an explanation on how to find Tuesday’s game:

What channel is the Duke game on?

Bally Sports South and Bally Sports Southeast (formerly known as Fox Regional Sports) are available in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, and shown on cable, satellite and over-the-top providers including Spectrum, AT&T U-verse, and DIRECTV. They are not available on DISH.

The ACC regional sports network has affiliates around the country, but 12 of them are one of the various Bally networks and thus only available with cable or satellite subscriptions. Non-Bally networks on the RSN package showing tonight’s game are Mid-Atlantic Sports Network (MASN), YES Network, Marquee Sports Network and New England Sports Network Plus.

Are you a cord-cutter?

Currently, contractual issues make it difficult for many viewers who get their television services solely from streaming services to watch tonight’s game.

Streamers with the DIRECTV STREAM service (formerly known as AT&T NOW) can stream Bally Regional Sports Networks. You’ll have to opt in for their Choice package to get Bally.

As for other streaming options, you can no longer get Bally’s regional sports networks on Sling, Hulu Live TV, YouTube TV and FuboTV because of lapsed contracts with Sinclair Broadcast Group, which acquired 21 (then Fox) RSNs from Disney in 2019.
