Bucky Waters was a first-year Duke assistant basketball coach under Vic Bubas in 1960 when the Blue Devils won the ACC tournament championship as a No. 4 seed.

Earlier this month, Jon Scheyer matched Bubas by winning the ACC title in his first season as a head coach at any level. Later a head coach at Duke himself, Waters joins the News & Observer’s Steve Wiseman to discuss the historic nature of the two events and share his thoughts on Scheyer’s first season with the Blue Devils.
