Duke to play in 2015 2K Classic in Madison Square Garden

Looking ahead to next basketball season, Duke will once again play its preseason tournament in New York City.

Duke, Wisconsin, Georgetown and VCU are the headliners in the 2015 2K Classic field. Each of the four schools will hold a pair of preliminary round games on campus before heading to Madison Square Garden (regardless of the outcome of the preliminary games). The games in Madison Square Garden will occur on Nov. 20th and 22nd.

Matchups will be announced at a later date.

The Blue Devils have played their past two preseason tournaments in New York City, winning the Coaches vs. Cancer classic in 2014 (played in Brooklyn) and losing to Arizona in the finals of the Preseason NIT in 2013.
