Looking for the NC State-Bucknell basketball game on TV? You might have some trouble

N.C. State opens its fifth men’s basketball season under Kevin Keatts tonight when the Wolfpack hosts Bucknell at PNC Arena, and if you’re looking for the game on TV, you may have some trouble.

The 8 p.m. tipoff in Raleigh is on ACC Network Extra — not to be confused with ACC Network. That means it won’t be on your channel guide and can’t be found via traditional cable or satellite.

Bucknell vs. N.C. State is only available via streaming, either on WatchESPN.com or through the ESPN app on your smart TV, smartphone or tablet. You will be required to log in with either a cable or satellite subscription or a subscription to ESPN+.

Alternatively, ACC Network Extra can be streamed with a subscription to YouTube TV, Hulu+ Live TV or Sling’s Orange package with the sports plus add-on.
