N.C. State basketball game vs. Wright State: Line, preview and how to watch Wolfpack
After two games in professional arenas that didn’t go so well, N.C. State returns to the friendly confines of PNC Arena.
The Wolfpack (7-4) takes on Wright State (3-7) in its final nonconference game of the season. The Raiders are 10-4 all-time versus teams from the state of North Carolina. However, their last win over a North Carolina-based team was in 2014.
Kevin Keatts is 36-1 at home against nonconference teams in the regular season. N.C. State defeated Bethune-Cookman, 65-48, in its last home game on Dec. 9. Since then, the Pack dropped a contest to No. 1 Purdue in overtime in Brooklyn and were defeated by Richmond, 83-74, in Charlotte last Friday.
Freshman guard Terquavion Smith is averaging 18.5 points per game this month for the Pack. One area for improvement for the team is bench production. Keatts only got 11 points from his reserves the last two games, including just two versus Richmond.
N.C. State and Wright State will air on ACCN Extra at 7 p.m.
