The third-ranked N.C. State women’s basketball team fell 72-61 to No. 16 Virginia Tech at Reynolds Coliseum on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, in Raleigh, N.C.

The Hokies’ Elizabeth Kitley led all scorers with 25 points.

Virginia Tech handed N.C. State their first loss of the season in Blacksburg in early January as Kitley hit a game-winning shot with less than one second remaining.
