The Duke Blue Devils defeated the North Carolina Tar Heels 62-57 at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill, NC, Saturday, March 4, 2023, on the final night of ACC regular-season play.
Ranked No. 1 when the season started, the Tar Heels (19-11, 11-8 ACC) had won their past three games. Duke (22-8, 13-6) entered riding a five-game winning streak.
