The struggling University of North Carolina Tar Heels under coach Bill Belichick face the University of Virginia Cavaliers, Saturday, Oct. 26, 2025. UNC’s Gio Lopez is back as the starting quarterback for the Heels, who are 2-4 for the season.
The score was tied 10-10 at the end of regulation, Virginia scored a touchdown, and UNC scored, but came up an inch or two short on the two-point conversion giving the Cavs a 17-16 win.
