Wake Forest lost 2-1 to Florida in 11 innings Saturday in the first game of the teams’ NCAA baseball tournament Super Regional round in Gainesville, Fla.

The Demon Deacons face the Gators again on Sunday at 3 p.m. in Game 2. The game will be on ESPN. Wake Forest needs a win Sunday to keep its season alive. Game 3, if it’s needed, will be Monday.
