ECU football dismisses OL Larry Williams
Sophomore offensive lineman Larry Williams has been dismissed from the East Carolina football program for team rule violations, head coach Ruffin McNeill announced Tuesday.
“It is always disappointing when someone is dismissed from the program, but there comes a time when an individual’s actions force the loss of a privilege, which in this case is being a part of our team,” McNeill said. “We all have the responsibility of being accountable.”
Williams, a Wilmington Laney High School product, played in all 13 games primarily on special teams during his redshirt freshman season in 2014.
