The Johnson C. Smith football team is undefeated through seven games after defeating Shaw University, 21-14, on Saturday afternoon.

The Charlotte HBCU celebrated homecoming with a win over its Raleigh rival, running its record to 7-0 for the first time since the 1969 season.
