The Greater Neuse River Conference has announced its all-conference lists and player and coach of the year awards in all fall and winter sports.

In the fall, Clayton won conference titles in football, boys cross country and girls tennis. Cleveland won the girls cross country and boys soccer championships while West Johnston took home the crown in girls golf. The volleyball title was shared between Cleveland and Clayton, with Cleveland winning the GNRC tournament.

In the winter, Clayton won in boys basketball (regular season and tournament), girls swimming and cheerleading. Cleveland took home titles in wrestling (both regular season and tournament), boys swimming and both boys and girls indoor track. West Johnston took the gymnastics crown and East Wake won the girls basketball regular season championship. Clayton won the girls basketball tournament title.
