N&O All-Metro boys’ tennis team
Nick Stachowiak of Middle Creek and Bo Boyden of Wakefield, winners of the past three N.C. High School Athletic Association 4A singles championships, lead the All-Metro team.
Stachowiak won the singles title this season and in 2013 when he was a freshman. Boyden claimed the title in 2014 and has led Wakefield to consecutive dual-team championships. Boyden also teamed with Jensen Martin to win the doubles title this season.
