Is Hough still tops in 4A? Who’s in, and who’s out of the weekly NC football rankings

Another week closer to the playoffs, and it appears, at least for now, we might have these pretty well dialed in. There hasn’t been much movement this week all around, thought here are a couple of note: New Bern vaulted from eighth to fifth in 4A; Scotland fell from second to eighth in 3A; and Robinsville entered the poll in 1A, up from just out of the Top 10 in 12th.

The air is a bit more crisp these days as autumn settles in, and playoff positioning is on the line.
