N&O readers name Wake Forest’s Shayla Rodriguez as girls HS senior of the year

News & Observer readers have named Wake Forest’s Shayla Rodriguez as high school girls basketball senior of the year.

The media outlet ran a poll for a week that included nominees who were ranked in MaxPreps among the top 20 statewide in points, rebounds, steals or assists.
