The Wake County Cup’s group stage ends Monday, as Broughton and Cardinal Gibbons battle for a spot in the championship game on Sept. 19.

In the other group, Apex has already clinched a spot in the title with a 4-1 record, with wins against Heritage and Raleigh Charter.
