Most inspiring teacher: Mr. O’Brien, because he inspired me to try new things, set goals, and look at my problems from new perspectives.
A book that impacted my life was: “American Sniper,” because after reading it I truly began to appreciate the sacrifices our servicemen make.
It’s hard to believe that...: I’ve played soccer since I was 4 years old and am now in my last season.
What epitomizes what a good American should be? A good American is always faithful and excited for his country no matter the political tide.
Education’s biggest challenge or problem: The inequality of opportunity.
My favorite charity is: The Alzheimer’s Association. My family was directly impact by the disease, and I strongly support the cause.
Best movie: “Forrest Gump.”
Whose life inspires you?: J.K. Rowling, because she worked hard and relentlessly, using faith in herself to get her books published. Not only did she become independently successful, but also made millions of adults and children love to read again in the process.
Three people you wish you could meet: Kevin Spacey, Alex Morgan and Ronald Reagan.
Something you enjoy that would surprise people: Extreme hiking.
I wish I had more time for: Volunteering at SPCA.
