Where is free parking for Stanley Cup parade

The city of Raleigh is offering five city-owned parking decks for free during the celebration:

  • Cabarrus Street Deck: 436 S. Salisbury St.

All five decks are within easy walking distance of the parade route along Fayetteville Street. The Moore Square, Wilmington Street and City Center decks put you closest to the rally area at City Plaza. The City Hall deck on West Morgan is closer to the middle of the parade route. Arrive early. These decks will fill up fast, especially the closer ones.

If you have a stroller or wheelchair, the walk from any of these decks to Fayetteville Street is flat and on sidewalks, generally three to six blocks depending on the deck.

  • Lot 25: 199 W. Peace Street
  • Lot 48: 500 Vaughn Court
