Heartbroken Goose Whose Eggs Didn't Hatch Gets Surprise Goslings To Raise
Motherhood looked like it wasn't going to happen for one heartbroken goose after her eggs sadly failed to hatch, but then she got the sweetest surprise in the end. In a touching video Dina (@dinalavr) shared, this devastated mama goose named Dahlia was given goslings to care for, and her reaction is enough to melt anyone's heart.
Watch as Dina slides three goslings gently under Dahlia's feathers and secretly removes the eggs that she'd been sitting on. What makes the moment even sweeter is how she immediately steps into the role of Mom, immediately accepting the tiny babies as if they'd been hers all along. Her little squawks of joy are making us all smile!
