Golden Retriever Joins an Unlikely Horse-and-Donkey Friendship in Sweet Viral Clip
The unlikeliest of friendships can happen anywhere - even on your daily run. Just take the adorable bond that's blossomed between a horse, a donkey, and a Golden Retriever. Yep, you read that right! Has there ever been animals that are more different than these three? But somehow, someway, it all makes perfect sense.
Miley and her mama love to go for a run together. Especially now that they've made some new friends. The dog mom even caught the moment that her Golden was accepted by the horse and donkey who live on their normal running route.

This is what's so magical about animals. When they warm to you, they do so completely. The Golden and her mama were on their daily jog when they passed by the pasture where the donkey and horse lived. They've run by the field before, but they'd never had a welcome like this!

First, the donkey ran to their side to greet them. Miley was thrilled! She charged over to say hi just like the good girl she is. Then the donkey's horse bestie came over, completing their trio. It was like they were initiating Miley into their little club.
"My dog and I have been running the same route every day for the past couple of weeks [so much so] that the horse and donkey we pass literally sprint over to say hi," the dog mom wrote in the video's text overlay.
"It truly is the highlight of my run and Miley loves them so much and gets so excited," she added in the caption.
It wasn't just the woman who was tickled by all the attention, people in the comments section were just as charmed.
"You're living in a fairytale," wrote one person.
"They're probably like ‘that's one weird looking pony,'' someone else quipped.
"Dogs being friends with other species is one of my favorite things to watch," chimed in another commenter.
"‘Hey Marty, our friends are here!!' - that donkey probably," someone else joked.
