These Cats Dining in Paris Might Be the Fanciest Pets on the Planet
You know that 1970 Disney movie The Aristocats? We just watched it happen in real life.
Prince Louie and Todd, and Loretta the British shorthair are two YouTube cat channels focused on very fancy kitties indeed, but when the three felines came together in Paris for a high dining experience, it took the cake for fancy feasts.

This restaurant is gilded to the gills, full of gold decor and regal elegance. The camera pans to reveal the cats in baby strollers, dressed to the nines.
Fellow diners can't help but say hello to the tiny cat kings and queens. We can say with complete assurance that no one has ever seen fancier cats than these.
The pets lounge about in their expensive clothes, ordering pastries, salmon and eggs from the decadent menu. Their table manners are prim and proper, even if they did fall asleep at the table for a full-belly cat nap.
Even the staff had to stop and admire the cute kitties in their beautiful clothes.
"Here I am eating ramen and beans while cats eat gourmet French cuisine. Awesome," one commenter jokes.
"They are so beautiful," another raves, "and they behave better than some children."
"Louis, Todd, Apollo and Cocoa making friends around the world," a big fan says. "They are the purrfect ambassadors."

How to Train Your Cat for Public Outings
If you're looking over at your cat thinking, Why can't I take you to a fancy French restaurant?-fear not! Many cats can be trained for public outings. It just takes time and patience.
It all starts with leash and harness training. Harnesses are a good place to start, as they provide more support for the body, which is helpful if your cat tries to make a run at a squirrel or bird while on a walk outside.
When harnesses and leashes are new, build a positive relationship with them by leaving them where your cat feels most comfortable. Of course, always reward your cat with a treat after they've worn the harness or leash and completed a successful walk outside.
Similar approaches apply with cat carriers and when taking your cat for a drive. Once your cat becomes increasingly comfortable with these experiences, you can try a safe outing to get them started with public appearances.
It's always a good idea to keep your cat in an identifying collar or to even have them chipped, so you know where they are at all times. Keep a close eye on your cat's body language. If your cat is uncomfortable in whatever space you may be in, tucking their tail or keeping their ears close to the sides of their head, it's best to remove them from the space and offer emotional comfort.
If your cat enjoys easy outings in quiet places, you can experiment with more public spaces. Eventually, you may end up with a fur baby that's ready for high tea!
