13-story hotel proposed for downtown Raleigh
A commercial developer has proposed a 13-story, 259-room hotel for downtown Raleigh, according to plans filed with the city of Raleigh planning office.
Raleigh Property’s plans call for a “dual brand” Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites at the corner of W. Davie Street and S. McDowell Street.
The project was filed by Pabst Design Group on behalf of Raleigh Property. The developer’s representative, Jayesh Patel, was unavailable for comment.
