16-story residential tower planned for North Hills
Kane Realty and KBS Realty Advisors announced Wednesday plans to build a 16-story residential tower at North Hills.
The 252,204-square-foot building will feature 286 apartments that will wrap around and sit atop a parking deck.
The project, to be called Park Central, will also feature 36,400 square feet of ground floor retail.
Kane and KBS expect the first units to be available in April 2017, with the entire project completed in September 2017.
Kane and Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS also are partners on a new 18-story office tower in North Hills that is expected to open this spring.
Park Central will be fourth apartment development to be built in the section of North Hills that is on the east side of Six Forks Road. The tower is to built on land adjacent to the Midtown Park outdoor entertainment venue.
