Suit threatened against Wake elections board

Dean Debnam, prominent liberal activist in Raleigh and owner of Public Policy Polling, advanced copy Sunday of a complaint he will file with the Wake County Board of Elections for violations of campaign finance law.

The complaint to be filed against Keep Raleigh Vibrant, Zach T. Medford, Tippett Enterprises LLC, Jeffery Tippett, Dustin Ingalls and Douglas Jackson, alleges potential illegal coordination, corporate contributions and unreported expenditures.
