Man found dead behind Raleigh building

A man was found dead behind a building on St. Marys Street in Raleigh on Thursday, but police said they do not suspect any foul play.

The man’s body was found in the 400 block about 2:30 p.m.

Detectives were assigned to investigate because it was an unexplained death, police said.
