Raleigh police accuse man of abusing, recording incident with 10-year-old
A Raleigh man was being held on $1 million bail Thursday following his arrest on charges of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl he knew and recording it.
Arrest warrants issued Wednesday accused Pedro Jaime Ensenat, 40, of 3009 Inland Trail of first-degree sexual offense, taking indecent liberties with a child and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The warrants said the girl in the case was 10, and police confirmed that it was someone Ensenat knew beforehand.
The incident happened between Halloween and Wednesday, the warrants alleged.
Ensenat was scheduled for a Thursday court appearance.
