Arrest made in weekend shooting death of Raleigh man
A 22-year-old man was charged with murder Sunday night, accused of killing a 20-year-old who was found mortally wounded when police answered a shooting call about 2 a.m.
Ausban Monroe was arrested at his home on Wyndcliff Court, according to jail records.
Lazarus Gary Hohn, 20, was found shot in the 6400 block of New Market Way, a residential neighborhood off Spring Forest Road in North Raleigh. He died at WakeMed Raleigh hospital.
Police have not disclosed whether they know why Hohn was shot.
