AL man faces 2nd round of Raleigh felony drug charges in 3 months
A man who is scheduled to be in court next week on felony drug charges from an arrest in March was charged early Sunday with felony possession of cocaine, psilocybin, marijuana and three prescription drugs.
Jeremy Hunter Sutton, who was booked Sunday and in early March with a permanent address in Alabaster, Ala., was taken into custody at an apartment at 5200 Fort Sumter Road, records showed Tuesday.
Police charged Sutton with having 14 grams of cocaine, 112 grams of psilocybin, 98 grams of marijuana, 853 doses of Xanax, 15 doses of dexamphetamine and 20 oxymorphone doses.
Sutton also was charged with using the apartment to keep and sell drugs and with having a pipe with methamphetamine residue in it.
On March 2, records showed, Raleigh police charged Sutton with possession of Schedule I, II and IV drugs, including cocaine.
Sutton was due to appear before a judge Tuesday on the latest charges.
A court calendar shows he is to appear next Monday in the case from March, in July in connection with a misdemeanor larceny charge and in August on several traffic charges.
