Brad and Dallas Woodhouse, who are polar opposites politically, found out what their mother wants for Christmas this year: a peaceful family gathering.

The brothers were appearing on C-SPAN this morning when their mother Joyce Woodhouse, who still lives in Raleigh, took advantage of the call-in segment to make her wishes known.

Dallas, who heads the conservative Carolina Rising, was the first to realize it was their mom on the line. Brad, who heads the liberal Americans United for Change and American Bridge, was just a step behind in looking chastened.
