James Moeser: Bravo, Cooper
Regarding the March 30 news article “N.C. attorney general refuses to defend law”: Bravo to state Attorney General Roy Cooper for refusing the defend the clearly unconstitutional and discriminatory House Bill 2. The governor and the Republican leadership in the General Assembly are doing all they can to destroy North Carolina’s image as a progressive, business-friendly Southern state. Our national brand is being weakened by every action they take. We have to stop this.
