Indiana Fever's Immediate Request After Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston Made History

Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston stepped up big time for the Indiana Fever to edge the Chicago Sky in overtime during their showdown at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday night.

Clark finished with 32 points, seven rebounds and 10 assists to help Indiana earn a 114-106 victory. Meanwhile, Aliyah Boston recorded 34 points on 13-of-26 shooting, along with 12 rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks.

With their performances, Clark and Boston made WNBA history as the first pair of teammates to ever record 30-point double-doubles in the same game.

The incredible showing by the two superstars couldn't have come at a better time as well. The 2026 WNBA All-Star voting officially opened on the same day (at 2:00 p.m. ET), and so the Fever made sure to use the opportunity to encourage fans to vote for them.

The Fever posted about Clark and Boston's remarkable showing and asked fans to "make them All-Stars."

"Double-double duo," the Fever wrote. "Tonight Aliyah Boston (34 PTS & 12 REB) and Caitlin Clark (32 PTS & 10 AST) became the first teammates in @wnba history to have 30-point double-doubles in the same game. Make them All-Stars. FeverVote.com."

For what it's worth, Clark and Boston were among the top vote-getters in 2025. Clark actually led the league with 1,293,526 votes, while Boston finished third with 1,174,669 votes.

Considering their popularity and the level at which they are playing right now, it's safe to expect that the two Fever stars will once again dominate the All-Star voting.
