Observations
In case it wasn’t already clear, Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski said Sunday the Blue Devils have an eight-man rotation: the starting five, plus Derryck Thornton, Luke Kennard and Chase Jeter, whom Krzyzewski said needs to start getting more experience so he can be as much of a viable reserve as Thornton and Kennard.
“We have eight guys who are going to play and should all consider themselves starters,” Krzyzewski said. “It just depends on how it’s going and what the other team is doing as to who could be in the game.”
