Hurricanes announce 2016-17 preseason schedule
The Carolina Hurricanes announced Monday they will play seven exhibition games before the 2016-2017 season, two at PNC Arena.
The Canes’ first preseason game will be at Washington on Sept. 26, followed by a game Sept. 27 at Tampa Bay.
The two home games will be Sept. 30 against Tampa Bay, and Oct. 7 against Washington in the final exhibition game.
The Canes will face the Buffalo Sabres on Oct. 4 at Marquette, Mich., then play the Sabres again Oct. 5 at Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
